Think so Diana thanks, supposedly the 'virus' could hang around for another couple of weeks, but getting better!

Glad to hear your feeling a bit better, Ron.  Have you talked to your Dr. about probiotics?  A lot of people with gastro issues have found them to be very helpful.

To true! James.  Have popped in and out all day but nothing much has been happening!  Spring must be occupying a lot of people's time - both you and Ruth busy with yard/garden work!

yes thats right,railings need painting to-morrow weather permitting then its time to stain 39 fence panels Cry as well as other little jobs she keeps finding me.

No Ruth I haven't, but I will research it a little and see what it involves.

We are not now having to 'bulk buy' toilet rolls so things are getting much better. That's a good sign isn't it? lol
