no news of Dolores, Cathye's busy but hoping to join us soon.  I wonder if Peggy is still battling with her shoulder?  And goodness knows what Shaun is about at the moment, lol.  Wonder where Marjorie is this evening?

Hi there...decided to run in for an few minutes...I think not as many people are showing up because they have problems to deal with these days...either health..unemployment or financial and they are going with the flow rather then chosing what they'd like to do.That includes me many times also...my daughter in-law had problems with her surgery yesterday...they called in another specialist and operated on her about two more hours then planned...it seems whom ever gave her the partcial hysterecomy did an blotched up job on it...so when she went in for cyst on an overy that ran into all kinds of stuff including an black spot they think from where they did the operation before..cut the tubes. So it was no day surgery...she ended up staying overnight and might get home later today...you know my son just filed bankruptcy from medical fee's and I've been so ticked off over all thier care and high costs...I mean these doctors are MAKING their wealth at the expense of their patients  in mor eway then one...and naturally...I give them back what they give out...I can do that with the Kenndy family curse you know..and being akin with them in history.. But anyway...in the meantime my hubby's neice went back in at Seattle for her throat operation...she has muscles that contract on her...and they go in and stretch them out from time to time until they have to operate on her also. Her brother lives in the area...so maybe she stays with him also afterwards...but she's looking at snow getting back to her house...even on the lower slopes of Mt. Hood they had 5 inches yesterday...but should be tapering down an bit.

My daughter in-law's sister Carla moved near by her and is taking care of the grandkids an bit..when my son isn't there...for some reason they dropped off the dogs here...I guess because they rent their place and don't want doggie bathroom problems just in case they aren't around to let them outside. It's been like an "family reunion" though between all the animals. With dogs kissing cats and cats brushing up against dogs, birds chirping merrily....and I fed the animals some people food and I think they were out an out smiling earlier. Dogs looks silly smiling...I had to laugh. they gave me higs and kisses and adoring looks all morning long.  Anyway, everyone took up their own little corner and are snoozing now.

I'm looking up "chokecherries"....see if they have different nutriments then cranberries do...I thought of making me some chokecherry pemmican or "jerky" to help ward off "gout" this winter if need be...and I know cranberries are good for the kidneys...but I've never heard them effective for "gout" like symptoms. Anyway..I picked up an couple of receipes to save. Most Native American foods are low in fat unless they are fried...so those not fried are good for my heart ususally and the receipes I found give their values in every receipe of what they contain. Yipee! WOW?...Hurrah...I don't have to look it  up.. Our Diana gave us an simple and easy meat loaf receipe she say's is low carbohydrate...to 3 pounds of lean hamburger..add onecan of campbell's Tomatoe soup in teh small can and dried cranberries and bake it at 350 degrees for one hour...hum... seems.. like I'm missing something...worcestershire sauce?...It was in our receipe thread years back..I like it myself. Very good.

Well, best get going..probably spend the next couple days helping the daughter in-law with the gtand kids as they have some days off now.... so she can rest..she has the next four days off. I heard my son was taking today off to be with her after getting the kids off to school this morning. We plan on going out there later today when my hubby gets home from work. He had to go to scouts last night for next year's charter papers on our Scout troop...and I didn't want to go downtown in the dark by myself. We kept intact on the phone though.

Have an good day everyone...make the most of it. Big question right now here in the states is who sent off the missle in the air off California and for what reason the other day...it just happened to get filmed by an News TV station in LA...and so far the military says they don't know. People are asking...maybe you outght to know what's going on and an inform us on it...private planes and commerical don't  like such "surprises"..as this was no little missile.
