I have got a pretty good idea of your pain.  I have a few of those after my last three days of being a "scrubber", lol.  That's why I am sitting here in front of the computer - can't do anything else, lol

Even those that have already registered, could join in the fun too.  Tonight there has only been Krissy (briefly), Beth, also briefly before she cut and ran (you guys must have scared here off tonight, lol).  Ron, James & I - that's pitiful if you look at the member numbers.  But then of course maybe we are talking about the right things - so come on members start a thread with what you are interested in discussing.

Overall the forum is huge, but I agree it would be nice if more joined in on a regular basis.

What an  nice thing to say Julie..I just got back from the store as they charged me $1.98 for something I never bought to begin with. They were nice and they gave me back ,my $1.98 also.

Last night..it was quite an night...I was listening to my talk radio show program and there was this lady on it...discussing an 13 mile area of Jefferson, Wisconsin..remind me to never go there...and she was talking about an horse mutilation they found in the area and all that's been going on in the area also...seems this was not the only horse problem..about 5 miles away from this one...an lady was awaken at night...by what she said she thinks was an 7 foot "bigfoot"creature banging on the side of her house...she crept over enough to turn on the outside lights...and it took off for her barn...she heard an ruckus going on inside there also..and after awhile it quieted down like the animal had left... so she went and checked on her horse and found it with an big gash in its neck also..but not so deep it killed it before they could get an vetertarian out there to help it. It just scared the socks off me listening to all this and looking straight on out my patio door in my master bedroom onto an small deck that anything could bounce over the small fence and try to get into the house with little effort for an animal as she described. It made me feel so uneasy that I ended up going out on the sofa to sleep...and my kitty cat joined me. I kept thinking that if there is something of this nature in the area...where is an posse?...the "bigfoot" hunters...etc. My freind passed on now,,she lived up above Estacada...where not to far away was the first filmed encounter with bigfoot that is now so famous...and I asked her about her safety up there...and she said...that's why between our house and backyard...we have an enclosed porch with several dogs out there that bark at the least bit of noise...and I too can flood my backyard with lights...but they also crossed fenced their yard further off their one acre of ground also. I always thought it was so strange not to far away from her house someone had came out and bought acres of land and put in an huge sky telescope.. house.building also. I mean it was out of the ordinary to look at...more like an professional scientist would have built. An regualr observatory...Anyway..it was 4am last night before I finally got to sleep soundly.

Getting ready to start cooking for tomarrow... to take some stuff out to the kids this week. We had an mix snow/rain this morning..they are suppose to get 2 inches here pretty soon and I understand we have an couple of days like this coming by mid-week also here in town. So its an lavish "Spaghetti" dinner tomarrow...all the trimmings. With extra snacks for after school.... should keep them satisfied for an few days. I guess I feel compasion toward my working daughter in-law as an mother and outside the home worker..its not easy. there are times when my son is on the truck leaving her kind of taknig care of it all...but her sister is much the same...and they keep an eye on each other out there...while their guys go back and forth, they go back and forth and the kids go also to and from school. They all get pretty tired looking to me at times..so someone making the  Sunday meal is nice once in an while... me thinks.,,, so best get to doing this hadn't I...talk later.

Good morning everyone!!

I think you'll be happy to know that I got Erin to drink tea with milk and no sugar! Now, you'll have to understand that she it the pickiest eater on the planet!! So to get her to drink that is a miracle!!  See, we are meant to live in England!! Wink

Hi everyone!  I hope you are all having a wonderfully relaxing day.

Krissy - why must Erin drink her tea with no sugar.  I've always had sugar in my tea and wonder if you think this is an English thing??

Ok POE folk. How about a discussion on the good old tradition of English tea drinking? Who drinks their tea with sugar?  Who has it sugarless? Who drinks it black? Do you normally drink Ceylon tea or herbal teas?  Or do you only drink coffee?

Maybe this should be a new thread though.  HummmmmSmile
