What concerns me more are the horrendous accidents being caused by people texting while driving - this is really scary. In a study of distracted drivers the texters were found to be more dangerous behind the wheel than drunk drivers!!! |

Poor puppy. Lol. Seriously though. It has recently become law and therefore a crime. If caught in the act the first offence carries a $100.00 dollar fine, the second $250.00, and the third $500.00. Of course, the people who need the law won't pay any attention to it, making it obsolete. It's just like anything else; if you have to be told not to do something stupid, then you're probably too stupid to understand the consequences of such behavior. |
