He was very yummy in his Illya Kuryakin days. Then he grew his hair.

Just been watching David McCallum in Hell Drivers; running a newsagents in Brentford High St. and his wife-to-be Jill Ireland a waitress in a truck cafe---then lost her to Charles Bronson on the set of The Great Escape. He was chatting on BBC Radio Berkshire the other night and was quite interesting.

And this AM, watched his ex U.N.C.L.E colleague, Robert Vaughn, in the BBC show Hustle.

'Hell Drivers', that's would be Baby McCallum. I don't think he even had his teeth fixed by that point.

I've never seen 'Hustle' though I hear Robert Vaughn does a good job. Now there's another handsome man.

It's no wonder I like The Man from U.N.C.L.E, all that eye candy.

Then I had a new TV show to get glued to; the Edwardian John Steed with his swinging sixties leading lady, Emma Peel/ Diana Rigg in The Avengers---who seemed to get her wardrobe from either Carnaby St or down the Kings Rd, Chelsea.  The Beach Boys might have digged the styles their girls wore, but Emma Peel showed them how it was done.

I always go for the dark, mysterious an a little bad type. In the SF serie "V" (the old 80's version) there was Jane Badler playing Diana. I had a crush on here.

I loved the Avengers too, and The Saint. Roger Moore was a dish!

Must be my wife of nearly 33 deliriously happy years--fell in love with her almost instantly and I knew from the first date that this was the woman I would marry!
