I am sorry you have not been well and hope you are fully recovered now. (Won't have to worry about dark hotel rooms for a while either, lol). I always have a book with me and if I am going to leave a light on then I might just as well use it! So I just read until eventually I fall asleep. Which can be a problem when the book falls off the bed and bangs onto the floor, lol. |

But normal fears are ok unless they begin to take over!! i mean fear helps keep us safe, its an instinct, i fear heights!! but not excesively, but its kept me from falling up to now!! if you fear dark alleyways, your senses will improve if your in a dark alley, and you'll spot the danger before the person that has no fear!! |
