Early mornings. I'm up between 4:30 and 5 AM, but you can bet I'm in bed and asleep by 9 PM.

Both, at work by 7 in morning & on POE till 11/12 at night.

            what radio do you have on ,talk, light,classical or rock music?

Rock preferred, although the wife controls radio in both house and car. I just havbe CD on in car. Likewise at work usually by 0700 get home around 1800-1830 quick tea then check e-mails followed by POE unless she who must be obeyed has oddjobs planned.
