I'd have to say a sense of humor too, Diana.  Let's face it, if you're in it for the long haul, you'll go through your share of ups and downs.  It helps to have somebody who can cheer you up, and who's style of humor is compatible with yours.  Sometimes you just have lighten things up a bit.  Nobody wants to come home to a grouch.

When on holiday, which type of accommodations do you prefer - hotel, B&B, or holiday apartment?

Hotel or B&B, that way we are looked after, none of that hard work self catering game.

I have had some nice holidays in a large static caravan, where we could take the dog, but the touring variety are an absolute nuisance here, especially in the summer.

i have had 6  and i can recommend them we always go shearings.
