I'd like to know what crocodile is like and ostrich, Cathy. Also, what's impala? Never heard of that except for the car! I wanted to try pigeon when I was in England. Not too exotic I guess, but not common here. Unfortunately, they were out of it so I didn't get the chance. I'll let this question ride and see if anyone else tried something exotic. |

With all the snails and slugs over there, I'm wondering if eating them isn't considererd exotic. lol Marjorie, rattlesnake has very little meat, only along the tenderloin and tastes like kind of a gamey beef. Mountain lion is comparable to very lean pork (if there is such a thing). Neither taste like chicken, although I've also eaten squirrel and that tastes like chicken. I keep telling my cat Russ to watch out - he's the other white meat. :-) I'll let this question ride and see if anyone else tried something exotic. |

I am pretty sure they were selling ostrich meat in England - also pleasant, low fat and virtually no bones - something like fillet. Impala is one of the many buck (deer) here, so it is more like venison and quite strongly flavoured. Question remains: |

I've also eaten Bison, which is available in the grocery store here. Is there a food that makes you feel physically sick to eat? I can't eat corn (on or off the cob) and the smell of Brussels sprout makes me sick to my stomach. |

Same goes for Marmite and Macaroni (which has probably got something to do with the fact that it's always served with cheese!) Sue I think Brussel sprouts and all cabbage type vegetables smell unpleasant while cooking! Is there a food that makes you feel physically sick to eat? |

I took lessons from the time I was about 5 till high school graduation. I used to play guitar, but unfortunately have forgotten how. My son plays guitar very well, though. What was the first movie in a cinema that you remember seeing? |
