The spring weather we've had for the last few days has gorn. Its cold and raining again and most likely snowing inland. It annoys me because I'm busy installing a solar water heater on the roof and in this weather i'm as likely to slide off t'roof and do meself an injury so its on hold for now 'til the weather clears and the roof dried up.

Greeting to all.

No smoking in the house Ron, so no ashtrays to move. Too wet outside too.

It's nice to see everyone coming back in here to talk again....well, last week it was the ingition key troubles, today it was an leak in the water pump...and the thermostat and an side hose replaced...allon the pick-up truck...but now maybe we can get out for some firewood here soon.

Still don't have the Homemade Chili  canned/made due to babysitting here lately with the grandkids. Glad I don't have to be in an hurry to do it!

Having some interesting times around here....small quakes going top to bottom through out state...then an 4.5 off shore quake yesterday.Kind of unusual for around here. As far as I know, my son made it back from California today...will go check on him tomarrow as I imagine he's tired right now. My uncle had an place made off the side of his office with an fireplace and an big sofa and TV and use to make that his private place to escape everyone...the first 24 hours he was back in town from his work. He ran an small trucking operation and over saw three different farms also. The boys not in college.. were all working for him. He probably was one of the first to take computers into farming operations...with his son at the helm.  I mean "things are not like they use to be?"
