Dave John Posts: 22335 Joined: 27th Feb 2011 Location: England | quotePosted at 13:46 on 15th November 2011 It's also called feminine logic.......and my wife possesses loads of it Thinking on with the size that some of the files will be you would probably be better off using DVD's they hold 4.7 GB as opposed to the 700MB of a CD. the other option costs a bit more but you could get an 'external hard drive' in various capacities 320 gb 500 gb 750 gb and cost anywhere from £40 or so upwards and simply plug in with usb. I find them invaluable |

cathyml Posts: 23275 Joined: 25th Jan 2010 Location: South Africa | quotePosted at 13:58 on 15th November 2011 Karen Windows 7 comes with Windows Live Photo Gallery so once you have scanned your pics you can adjust brightness, contrast, shadows, highlights, colour, straighten them, crop them, and remove blemishes! I've done that with some that I have scanned and it seems to work well - brings the brightness back, especially when they have been stored in shoe boxes!! |
