We have nothing planned. Son arrives back from Australia tomorrow, so we will see what we can arrange - but I have a feeling we will be postponing a get together until the 2nd or 3rd Jan. |

B....y stupid I reckon, because if you haven't had enough by 1 am you need to see a specialist in alcoholism! They'll be falling about all over the High Street, with the Police and Paramedics having to sort them out. Disgraceful and uneccessary. |

This has been the worst year (losing my mom and another special soul) and the best year (meeting my boyfriend) Polar opposites, but thank goodness for the good bit that got me thru the bad bit. I hope you all have an amazing 2012!!! |

Just like Christmas...nice and quiet. With James, don't like queueing for drinks plus don't agree with paying to get into pubs that I can get into for free all the rest of the year ! ! ! ! Also a couple of of hours POEing and photo sorting cos there is almost certainly gonna be nothing worth watching on the TV.....same as Christmas .....absolute rubbish ! ! ! |

Anna doesn't agree with me of course....soaps, soaps and more soaps, along with Morse, Lewis, Downton Abbey, Great Expectations. Oh crikey what next? Why can't we have a decent Country and Western show on for once? |

My usual M.O. for New Year's Eve is a quiet evening at home, not venturing out into the night with the drunken revelers! I have "Midnight in Paris" from Netflix so I will probably watch that. Besides, I have trouble staying awake beyond 10pm even if the party is in my own house! LOL. Wishing you all a safe, happy, prosperous and blessed 2012! |
