Sheer decency and the risk of getting barred from POE prevent me from repeating my reply |

Got a small one but maybe a bigger one, lot easier than sticking branches on wrong pegs..... |

Looks like you all stayed up til midnight - very good. I was out cold by 10, (sleeping that is, not passed out), and I fully expected to be awakened by neighbors celebrating. Evidently they celebrated (they woke David), but I didn't hear a thing. Feel rested and ready today though. We're having ham and baked sweet pototoes for Sunday roast, and maybe a little pie. I also found some mulling spices in the cupboard that I bought last year, so a glass or two of mulled wine tonight. We spent the last year getting some bills paid off and doing a few things around the house. So today, I put my first hundred dollars in a little kitty today for the vacation fund. Hopefully it will be somewhere in the British Isles and hopefully it will be some time this year. On a sad note, I spent yesterday morning at the funeral of a co-worker's husband, who passed away suddenly last Tuesday. So it was a very vivid year's end reminder of how short and precious life is and how important it is to make the most of every day. That's my wish for you in the coming year - that you will make the most of every day and enjoy life in whatever way you choose. God bless.....xoxoxo
