Have to agree the first shot is Boscastle, the shot above I cannot place. Shot number 1168979 is I reckon along the North Cornwall Coastline, first thought of Bedruthan Steps but not so sure, still looking here. The cottage garden no idea I am afraid

Vince I was thinking the same for 1168979, I though it was taken around the Bedruthan area looking towards Trevose head, the tip of Trevose with the lighthouse is missing, but I thought the white buildings were those that used to belong to Trinity House that are now private cottages. I'll investigate further, somewhere I have a similar shot taken from Bedruthan last year.

Sadly no, I've gone off the idea of Trevose Head now I've had a closer look. I think the headland is the wrong shape. Still looking though Smile

Sorry Ron and Robert, brick wall time, I keep coming back to 1168979 but cannot place it . One minute I think there is a glimpse of Doyden Castle but discount it when comparing on google maps and then I wonder if it is a portion of Newquay, reason for that is it's a shot from the 70's I would guess and there is a beach flag which I thought were not so common back then so maybe one of the major beaches then back in the day. Sorry no straight answer.
