Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 19:35 on 23rd February 2013 I am back for an few....as to this name up above of Mislerton...and in Eppa's wife Elizabeth Medestard....this area of Jamestown had before they built the historical church of Bruton Parish Church one called "Marston" Parish..Indians burned it down complterely in the 1622 massacare....I think the pastor of it might of been Rev. Edward Marston...who becomes the Rhode Island Edward Larkin..as the property he owned stated out as that of "Edward Manton" by thier land deeds..then his name changed to Edward larkin later on. This Edward supports an daughter hannah might of married John Lawson down in North Carolina..ones so savagedly beaten up and raped while pregnant by James Moor's drunken "pirates" of the day. he was correupt and they say that Rev. Marston was going to go to the authorites..he decided to teach him an lesson. She delivered the baby that night, dead with its eye ball haning out reportedly.. John divorced her...and I think Thomas Cooper and the Rogers helped her back by way of New Jersey "hidden" so she couldn't be found again. Most of us know that JOhn will's was "tweeted" an bit at one time, but we never knew why, until I found an History of North Carolina. As to Moore...the citzens were so outrage...they went to Robert Carter here in Virgina and sent an embassy over to England to have James Moore taken out....the courts did so...by simply stating they don't recongize him as an name "existing" and any business conducted or postion he holds in life is ...null and void. If you think I'm makin gup an fantastic story..take an look of Benjamin Larkins Rev Report....where he mentions "that scoundrel Moore" in it. This John Lawson appears I think in Ann Steptoe "will"....Scottow in New England records as an brother...and it's through her I have the kinship of the Blackwell family in both areas...her parents were killed in the Indian Masacre...Thomas Lawson. That would make her kin to Eppa Lawson also...possible sister. She gave her sister "Mary" to have an wall built around their graves..most likley the wall at Bruton Parrish church. There have been "hints" of possible Templar Knight treasure buried there also...they tired to dig an few areas up and so many people got int the way...they decided to give up the search Other claim was that it was the documents to prove that Shakespear's plays were written by Sir Francis Bacon not Shakespear. We may never know. Only place I know of was Marston Moore area of where the Lawson's live in England that could be attached to these names and I know of no one speific by that name at the moment. I'd have to go snooping over there with knowlegable information of history and people's names. Any ideas on this name? |

I came back in and never had to log on. Ruth..I did this last week...ended up going out to dinner. Just not to terribly good trying to do two tasks at the same time I guess. James, I am with you this morning..woke up at 6 am..no one awake...so I had an piece of the cherry pie I made yesterday, some milk and went back to bed...woke up at 10 am..by then the guys had went out to breakfast again. That's OK with me. I had to go shopping for more food anyway... to start my diet again for this year...though I have been trying to be better about it this year over the holidays..I have though had my fill of "chocolate" recently and "Scouts" around here are selling candy bars for an fun raisier. Will try to get my journal set up for tomarrow morning. I bought me some "slimfast" bars to get around thier fundraiser...besides they help curb the hunger...chock full of vitamin and minerals also. By the time I get done with them...maybe more fresh fruit will be in the markets. Ido believe we are getting to be an "one dollar" nation for everything any more though...and it sure does cut down the amount of anything you can purchase. Hubby is changing my sinks around for me...we had to get an new one for the master bedroom bathroom..and I changed the faucetsaround to put one of those brownish copper ones in the front bathroom and took the one we had that matches the other bathroom better. H'es not happy..says th enew one is leaking or he found an leak..so he went out to try to find some kind of tool to work on it with. After that the painting can start. I have tried now several times and I have the paint to be stalled by something else needing done. So it has never been completely finsished. To night is the Oscars on TV..wonder if Daniel Day Lewis will get one for his portaiting Abe Lincoln. I have to go for now...pick up the house from everyone here this weekend and get dinner "thought about" and perhaps started...newweek coming...make it an good one! |
