Depression is an awful illness, made worse probably because there appears to be nothing to see on the outside. I hope those affected will continue to make progress and seek the help available. Try to remember that your family and friends are always there for you, if only you can find the courage to let them help.

Afternoon everyone, been out all day enjoying the sun while it lasts. My peas that I planted are starting to poke their way through the soil, now to keep the birds off them. We don't have pigeons but we do have crows.

I'm late getting up this morning....was up at 5 am something with my legs in massive cramps from the 35 degree drop in temperture...they had slowly been swelling up from the heat an dwinds over the last four days...this is no small ordeal, I have massive like
Knots sticking out of my legs...being early in the morning and not able to move...wet all over the floor, it's something a kin to crying and cussing also.  Believe me..I know what those Christains felt like getting taken off the cross and their legs broken and dumped in an heap. Not to mention I have to clean up after myself and my house also...no...Shirley is NOT "house broken" yet. But I di dfingure out sometime ago to lay an nice big pad of plastic next ot my bed for these kinds of things and an towel. I'm so sore for about four hours afterwards...I generally try to sleep it off. Other then that...I had an nice breakfast just now. Hottest it will be now is supposedly in the mid 70's instead of high 80's...with morning's in the 50's. There'san volcano in the Phillpines killed an bunch of hikers when it erupted and we have this thing about "fireballs" going on...some 36 deaths from an gas truck in Mexico City...5 ladies going to an wedding shower died in an stretch limosine over the Golden Gate Bridge...and we have 11 power outtages in the USA, different areas. We keep track of the things...because as in the California fires...webelieve they are being set sometimes...by some kind of an laserbeam....we also beleive it to be true sometimes with the unexplained explosions..no "Texas" was not one of them, they didn't say it but the firemen caused thier own deaths...when the fertilizer was already heated...and the gasses expanded...they added water...it "blew" into proptions.....and that is the alchemy they talk about in the bible also of making fire appear suddenly as if magic. They probably didn't say anything because they lost their lives in doing this...not to much can be said now.Other then that an fairly nice day and am going out to see if my garden made it though all the recent weather. Last I looked at it I've lost at least three plants due to the heat and wind...and lack of moisture..being baby plants. I picked up my cough again...don't like that one either. Wishing whatever causes it would be nice an stop it. So you all have an good day...enjoy your heat...I sure didnt' the the recent nonsence I put up with the last couple of days.

I am back....well, " Dancing with the Stars" tonight goes into the semi-finals.  All the news here is about those three girls held in capitivity for 10 years...they showed that they were abducted within 3 blocks of each other and held for 10 years less then five miles away.  One of the girls knew her abductors relatives..she was freinds with one thier daughters. They probably abducting them thinking of an easy ransom perhaps.... and just never did it...girls were young enough that they liked the sex they had with them against their will...or else maybe they felt they bought them somehow. You never know about Hispanics. They do this kind of stuff all the time down "South of the Border"...and who gets away with what.... is who they know. Also true of turning your head the other way with illegal immigrants. Checked my garden... lost about five plants now. Maybe some of them can return to normal again...I watered considerably this morning.  The rest showed very little signs of any growth so far. Feel much better tonight. I am glad that Mr. Obama made the statement no more "discussions" about sexual abuse in the military....if it's done then reprimands need to be done...stop dragging things out...get rid of these people. That's the way it ought to be "world-wide" perhaps. Have an good evening and maybe an better day comes.
