We walked the three and a half miles to the Padstow Vintage Rally and Country Fair this morning, wandered around there for several hours then set off on the walk back, so hot that the only way to cool down when we got back was the sea - now let me tell you the Atlantic Ocean is freezing cold on the hottest of days
