This singer always wears a white beanie when he performs. If I run out of clues and no one has the correct answer, I will post a link to a couple of videos showing this entertainer bringing joy and happiness to thousands of people. I've been to Austria but the only Austrian singer I've heard is the one who had a number one hit in Australia, Ireland, Japan and the United Kingdom . Somebody left the radio on where I worked and I heard the song fairly often years ago. Last year I started watching this singer sing in concerts on YouTube.
