You are half way there with the word sisters Dave, but not seven and not on the South coast.

There is a stone circle near Penrith called 'Long Meg and her Daughters' and there are 59 of them albeit not all standing. But i have a feeling there is something similar in Scotland but just can't bring it to mind....

There are a couple of stone circles on Orkney Dave, the Ring of Brodgar and the Stones of Stenness, both worth a visit.

You are well on the right track, but you need to look further from these shores. Ken is nearer to where I'm thinking of. I've seen them twice, another clue - Blue.

So we are looking Southern hemisphere then...... The statues on Easter Island, but I don't know what they are called.....

Snap ! ! ! !  If it is Three Sisters you can have it John, as i will be busy tomorrow starting to sort out for the week ahead...... so no point in me setting one if I ain't gonna have much time to keep tabs on it

Congratulations to you both. The Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains it is. We went in 1998 and they were shrouded in mist, then again in 2004 and same thing - mist. The tour guide said we were very unlucky to visit twice and the weather be so bad. Still it's a beautiful place to visit should you ever be in OZ.
