Well, Mr. Prescott...one of our Larkin relatives died not to long ago..David Rockerfeller...and they said as to helping others that his next in kin they don't think will be charitable...if it weree not for the Rockerfellers....there would of been no "Colonial Williansburg. They restored in essence the Lawson Legacy and "in-laws" in doing that. I know when we arrived there,Ann and myself an out kids...we were greeted.... and given an free pass to travel anywhere in the area. Who did it never told us their name.

As to Guy Fawkes...Maryland has an area called "Gunpowder" Manor and Fawks was ahead of the "Gun powder" revolt in England to kill the King. I will have to research that one out I guess. The era around King Henry VIII was one of others killing others all the time...that necessitated an good amount to "cover ups" by everyone also..such is the human race and it's progress some days.

I'm blowing the diet tonight on something new that came out...in Atkins peanut covered candies. But I was techniqually under 400 calories the last couple of days, cause I knew I'd need the extra leeway for snacks at sometime...I'm still free another 100 calories before I'm over-board. I also walked 1/2 mile around my block, 1/2 mile ar Red Sunset Park...and one mile on  the east side of Glendover Golf Course on thier fitness trail today. Most sugar free foods you over do it and you end up with diarahea you know. I won' t over do it. Maybe it's an nice way to get you to cut back also. In the meantime we are having the Mt. Hood to Coast (Oregon) Run today, tonight and they arrive tomarrow morning...and hand off of runers  that run all night long marathon like. This an "fun" group also. It's more like an party some years. Yet they say if your health has already been challenged...don't do the long distance runs. I could not get the Glucose monitor to run right for me, this time it's stuck in the reading of yesterday. I keep working at it.

Evening everyone. Glad you had a good trip Pat, probably better to be home before the bank holiday traffic on Monday.

Everything is fine over here thanks James, apart from we totally forgot today that we are supposed to be feeding our youngest sons cat whilst he's away in Berlin for the weekend. We remembered her yesterday, but she was in a bit of a mood when we eventually remembered her this tea time. Perhaps we should have taken her some fish Smile
