Seagulls are a nightmare John, I know from staying in Padstow when they use the roof for a running take off before screeching when they see someone's fish & chips. I can't imagine what it must be like having them around all the time.

We are getting Gulls from 3am every morning the reason being the take-aways in the town a mile away then there are the lazy louts who throw their empty cartons by the road plus there is a land fill site about a mile away which is a big attraction.Smileany way good afternoon.Smile

law and brother..whom is gnerally on the Truck during the week, last I heard he was headed for Dallas, Texas. Everyone is walking about in my territory in their  short shorts cause it's been getting up there heat wise...we don't need it any hotter. Eastern Oregon is for the most part high 90's into three diget numbers. Thunderstorms at night, so what already isn't burnt may be..but I don' t think the fires have left to much unburned as of late. Rancher went out with five others to start looking for cows with calves, and melted/burned hoofs to "put them out of their misery". Apparently there werespots" near ponds he had made... kind of on hills as feed and watering sites, and he's hoping some of them were wise enough to get to them.. stand  in them. We haven't heard from Judy since she came in the other day. By now she's probably rebuilding.

I'm in an lazy mood today...really had nothing planned, but next week will be busy to make up for it.

We get them as well James  they drive us mad..

we were going to Dunster castle today, but when we got there it was the County Show on. so with all the traffic and people , we drove onto Porlock Weir a much quieter place, we certainly have got to get back out walking on Dartmoor as you don't see anyone there,
