I walked this morning in an light drizzle and really enjoyed it, the air was so much fresher smelling. But it's clearing up now..suppose to be cloudier today and it's an 3 day weekend over here. Already put in my mile walk, or one of them. Having problems with the diswasher...she wants to strip tease on the the table...I'm just kidding...we have an automated built in dishwasher. That's always been his job, if I did the cooking. Though I often help him so all it is ..is an matter of loading an few plattes and turning the thing on. Well, off I go for today...guess it's an stay at home day around here...rather then an get away and do somethng. Talk to you later on. Rumble grumble..tisk tisk tisk. |

Sk Lawson Posts: 4014 Joined: 7th Oct 2010 Location: USA | Posted at 04:03 on 30th August 2014 We ended up buying an new dishwasher...I'm still waiting fo rit ot be delivered tonight. He took in the parts book to the local repair guys and they told him...it could cost half in just one part, it's 19 years old, have you ever thought of buying an new one? So we bought one today, andput it against our house equity. We got it nearly at half price on an close out from where we have bought other of our applicances. I was going past the TV set earlier tonight and saw an thing on TV that said at the botom of the screen that you people have been put on an red alert...but didn't say why or what for...I just went to BBC's home page and didn't see anything of the kind mentioned. Does it have anything to do with people hiring American and Brtiish mercenaries to help them fight thier wars around the world? Only thing I saw was mention of that . |

We're eating out tonight, youngest son is treating us, it's better than risking his cooking 19 years for a dishwasher is good going Shirley, I hope the new one lasts as long, but I somehow doubt it. |
