Yes Vince you have it, one of my recent photos was pointing in that direction.

Each of the stacks has a name and from North to South they are called Queen Bess, Samaritan Island, Redcove Island, Pendarves Island and Carnewas Island. Samaritan Island is named after the ship the Good Samaritan which was wrecked there in October 1846 with the loss of nine lives.

Well done and over to you Smile

That is one dangerous place there Ruth, only looked down from above but I understand the steps down are pretty steep and worst of all it is so easy to be cut off by the tide down there. It is also very dodgey to swim there because of the currants in the sea- ( not that would worry me as I do not like swimming at all, in fact the last time I ever ventured into the sea or a swimming pool was in 1973 and that was I was thrown in fully clothed- TWICE !! )

Right , thank you Ruth and I have had this little puzzle waiting  for a while now - so I shall pose this for you all : -

                 " Where is Boxhill "  ?

We've been down a couple of times Vince, they are quite treacherous, coming up is much easier than going down.

I'll be back when I've had a think about this quizzy.

OK this is interesting, the only Boxhill I can find so far is two separate words, Box Hill Undecided

So I'm assuming it's not the hill in Surrey.
