Ken Marshall Posts: 804 Joined: 20th Jun 2012 Location: Australia | Posted at 10:33 on 7th November 2014 Legend says houses erected between dusk and dawn on common land in Snowdonia were entitled to freehold rights and the owner could enclose land as far as he could throw 'something' from the door. What was that 'something' ? (It wasn't part of the door) .
