So she said to look for it around Aug 28th. I called the lab that did the test and explained to them the situation of my doctor's office visit coming up "useless" unless we had an full set of numbers on an complete Lipid Profile test....she said, to call the docotor office Monday and ask them what kind of tests he had "ordered" for the blood draw. I think his office did that because Ionly talked to his nurse back then...not him. She knew I needed that, but I don' tknow if she understood we needed an complete Lipid profile testing....and this test is still very very bad results. She said it was an average ...of the three months and I asked her why was I getting readings the highest at 140....most of them are under the 120 to 80 range...this is reading an high 186 reading...she told me to be sure an take in my journal and show him. My monitor...and what other information I might have...esp if that is true. Because yes, it could affect any change as what or how I'm doing things. he had my Sept reading as 12.9, the lab draw on 9/28 as 10.4...and this one on 10/ 21 as 8.1...but notmal is still 3.0 to 5.6. It's time for me to go to the store and take my mind off this...it has already caused me stress enough to get me off program now. That also raises high Glucose readings...blood pressure. |

I consider the fact that what your selling is either "worth it" or it isn't and don't worry about the advertising part of it. But then again, I would not come here to advertise something anyway...that's not my purpose for coming in here. I trust people are on the up and up in any web site I go to. Those whom "use" me get "used" themselves if it's not handled properly. One of those guys I got into it with many years ago...I see lost his shopping mall..128 well known retail stores.. and I can bet his reputation of how he handles others... finally got back to him. Someone should tell him his real problem is in the past, bilking the Native American's out of their land for cheap prices, and then getting into part of an Land Fraud from that.... with the Federal Government. When amends are made for back then, he won't have any more business problems...in the here and now. Well, I've been off diet the entire weekend I guess you know...so it might take me the entire week to make amends for doing it. My sister said she wasn't coming over this week, so we will see how things go. I've been regaining 2 pounds just having her around on Tuesdays. It is an struggle for me, and one I don' treally see where I will win the battle...to keep off the weight..IF...I ever "get" to where I want to be.If it were not such an hassel for me to begin with, it would never be an problem in my life as it is. But anyway...I'll try to regain my composure and we see how things go...it's much on my mind that one year ago we buried my sister in-law also...and she just plainly kind of "gave up" on things. She got tired of the struggles also, and she paid with the ultimate price...her life. Kind of let up enough today in rain, I was able to make it walking for one half miles today...far cry from the daily five miles though. Hubby said it was raining so hard late last night that it woke him up and he was kind of glad no scout outting was going on this weekend. Cause we know the weather up at Mt. Hood would of been worse then it generally is here in town. So I guess I finish off tonight and get ready for Holloween Friday...we got the lights up our front porch earlier today...so people can see the stairway. Have an good evening. |
