Then I took him out for breakfast, told him he could have anything his little heart desires on the menu....he ate enough for me to eat the entire day at one sitting. then proceeded to go out an smoke up an storm so as to say...we parted with our stuff and I went down to the hospital...and three people went into the elevator.. next to me, I finally recongized I was looking at Dee's son and family....by the time we got into the room, my brother joined us, and I stayed maybe 5 minutes...five adults in an room not really big enough for one and they have an "do not disturb" sign out front on the door..I told her it's easier to call her...and asked her if she'd be released tomarrow, as that's what they told me earlier and he says that she's to sickly. I hope this is not some of my brother's "panic" stage...as he does that if he thinks he's gonna get hit up for big hospital bills...and I think he's thoughts are she can die instead...it's her time. He is so classic "King Henry VIII" you could ever hope to be around at times. He always does that, go to the hospital and asks if whomever we are there to see, if they are still alive. Anyway, foot hurting as I mentioned before, went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and bought me an foot stocking for people with weak ankles and the pain is already gone now. I changed shoes also recently, which is what in part I think was the problem along with the cat sleeping on it the other night.Picked up my Strussel Pumpkin Cream Cheese Pie....was it ever expensive! I know calorie wise I can't hardly afford it, but it's getting that way by price also. So I go tomarrow and get the stuff for my weight-watcher's Thanksgiving Meal for me...my 1970's diet. I go for now and rest up before "Dancing with the Stars" starts their two nights of picking the season's winners...never easy to do either. They each add to the show in thier own way I think over the entire season. Talk later on. |

Ferguson, Missouri....last I saw they were burning police cars, the McDonalds, and Walgreens. Our Mayor Charles Hales was on Tv just before the President made his comment about it all. We supposedly have an protest in Portland tomarrow for something...perhaps this. I agree with those that say many of the people are not local people doing the damaging. This was an trial the whole country's been waiting for, and so many mistruths to everything..but I think they should of given the police officer an verdict of "man-slaughter" which is often killing someone not on pretense of murder.. Lot of car accidents of people killed by another are man-slaughter convictions. I think it would of eased racial tensions. ...Yep, hot time in the city tonight in Missouri. Yes, media jumped on it right away also, to broadcast it and build it up in the looting also, racial hatred..where white cops out number the black 36 to four... or something like that...need an fantasic news story you know....got to get your TV ratings higher...scare everyone. |
