What is the name of the city in the south of the United States of America that reminds tourists of Venice in Italy? There are many people dining there under colourful oversize umbrellas beside the water day and night.. Edited by: Ken Marshall at:18th April 2015 11:32 |

The River Walk is a scenic flagstone esplanade bordering both banks of the lazy, narrow San Antonio River winding for 3 miles. San Antonio is sometimes called the "Venice of America" (or "Venice of the Texas Plains" or "Venice of the Southwest". Well done Ruth. Edited by: Ken Marshall at:18th April 2015 23:21 |
