My wife went to Heartbeat country a couple of months ago, she loved it. She also went to Herriot country. She loved that as well.

Diana, Heartbeat is a British TV show that I've never seen either, but a lot of it is filmed around the little village of Goathland.  We traveled from York to Whitby via Goathland and it's really pretty around there.  I posted a couple of pics, one of which I put "should be Sheepthland" in the pic description.  The sheep there just run wild in the streets!!  LOL

Goathland is a very pretty area, and if I were over there and a bit younger I would love to show you all around. But remember " I am nearly an Old Aged Pensioner" lol.
