My profile says i have been here since march 2008 i think, but i no i was here well before that. At that time they did not have the forum though. Between work, and putting our stamp on thins in the house, i just don'at always have the time to get here. Then there is also the dreadful heat here in the summer.....still not accustomed to that....

Hi Roses and all... You are correct regarding your membership of POE because the members were not recorded as they are now, which means a lot of you could have been part of this website as far back as 2001. Purely as a matter of interest I will ask Chris and Sarah sometime. You are also correct about the forum not being available at the time Roses! |

I love this very friendly site and hope to keep contributing for many more years. |

The museum where I work is on Millom railway station and the museum has decided to open a ticket office. Well I'm to be part of the ticket office as well as the museum and Iv'e had to go on training courses etc to do with selling railway tickets and also mentoring new volunteers in the museum. It's very hard work So I'm still about, I think life will get a bit easier when it's all up and running. Karen |
