There are several attractions listed for Whitstable but very few pictures unfortunately. Whitstable Castle, weather-boarded fishermans cottages, Witstable museum and gallery, Druidstone Wildlife Park, Westgate Tower Museum, Dolphin Yard Sailing Barge Museum, nearby Tankerton Beach for shell and fossil collecting, Margate Caves, Howells Wild Animal Park. Attractions not to be missed The Cathedral with it's medieval stained glass windows among other treasures, Merchant House from 15th Century, Greyfriars Chapel, Eastbridge Hospital dated 1175, Old Weavers House from 1507, Westgate 14th Century & Museum, City Walls, Canterbury Castle ruins, St Augustines Abbey founded in 598, The Ironage Dane John Mound, Lady Wootton's Green, Canterbury Royal Museum & Art Gallery, Sir John Boy's House (King's Gallery) and the picturesque River Stour running through Canterbury.
