View over Otter Valley From the main road connecting East Budleigh and Budleigh Salterton there are splendid panoramas of Otter Valley but you can't see the River Otter for the dense trees lining the route. The lane to East Budleigh We frequently walk to East Budleigh along a back lane called Tidwell Lane. This lane gives splendid views over green trees before reaching East Budleigh. Even more reason to use the back lanes.The building in the shot is Bicton College which used to be Bicton Hall.
