North west coast, sunny, blue skies but cold in shade. about 4 degrees with light gound frost early morning  (due to no cloud base at night holding the heat down).

'Loadsa' snow on the way apparently, could they be wrong again though? Here in Oxford the rain held off for most part of the day. Never mind, Spring is on its way!

A bit of snow today, but I hope Ron and my husband are wrong with their prediction of "loadsa" snow  for tonight and tomorrow because in my role of Treasurer of the Camping and Caravanning Club Ltd I need to be at one of our campsites in the morning living out of my touring van for the next four days. I thing they're kidding but just the same I'll take my wellies and the snow shovel.

I'll have camera at the ready just in case.

They were wrong Sally, well in this area anyway!

Funny how things work out! I invented (and it was granted a patent) for a reversing alarm for towing. Couldn't find anybody to back it, yet how many people with caravans can reverse them without problem, very few!

My device allowed drivers to reverse their caravan in the pitch dark, without wingmirrors, tipping down with rain, in a straight line or otherwise and it showed just how acute the angle was between the rear of the vehicle doing the towing, and the front of the vehicle being towed! Another great British invention that fell by the wayside, I made nothing!

Well My husband and Ron were on the button, eight inches of snow fell on my campsite in less than 4 hours and where were my wellies - still in the hall cupboard at home!!!

Frosty mornings, mild afternoons for the past week, but the snow is coming back.

Oh well, I guess it is still February.
