Chris and Sarah would need to keep an eye on donations and only let the forum know when the £100 was paid out. That seems fair doesn't it? |

It is obvious to me that Chris and Sarah have thought about the donation system and felt that this was the fairest way. Those who can afford it will no doubt give more than those who can't, but should not be thought any more or less of as a member. As for Google purchasing POE, I don;t know what would happen, there are many other photo sites and forums out there, but I do not know of any as friendly as this. Realy who apart from C&S, would want to buy a bunch of loony's like us lot ? |

PS we were highly embarrassed when we put the donate button up, but unfortunately it was and still is a necessary step. As always, thanks for your continued support. Chris & Sarah

It's nice with all your concerns about the site that you can keep your sense of humor you two! Seriously though, the two of you have made this little family possible and I am sure I speak for all when I say, I don't know what I'd do with out it! POE has become such an important part of my life, it's like getting up in the morning and saying, hello sweetheart, hello kids, hello cat, hello dog, hello POE!!! You can't say one without the other. Your hard work and loving support of the forum do not go un-noticed. Thank you POE!!! |
