I am wheat intolerant so I can't have biscuits and some choc bars now but it was easy to give up the wheat because I feel so much better - 6 years now. I never want to put on that much weight again though. It should have gone in your fears thread not who sang! My favourite: Pictures \| Towns \| Attractions
