Ron Brind Posts: 19041 Joined: 26th Oct 2003 Location: England | Posted at 07:12 on 3rd September 2008 I am still suffering a bit Peter, but hey I haven't forgotten you! I think finally the problem that I have has been identified, but I am currently on a mix of Paracetamol, Codeine Phosphate, Morphine and Gabapentin - all pain killers! Don't worry you ugly old git, I'll be back insulting you before you know it. Take care Peter, you know I'm only joking! |

Ron Brind Posts: 19041 Joined: 26th Oct 2003 Location: England | Posted at 09:19 on 3rd September 2008 In fact Wolf, I have a different name in mind but you are close to the year. I believe it was 1929 and Albert Whelan! I've still got a copy of the record which was purchased from Woolworths when the store was known as 'The 3d and 6d Store'. The record is slighly bigger than what we know as a 45rpm and a little smaller than a 78rpm and it still plays! Thanks Andy! Incidentally, the pics you submitted of trapping, despatching and freezing are brilliant! Well done!! Thinks.....that'll confuse Peter! |
