I just had Black Bean Soup.

I LOVE Black Bean Soup with a dollop of sour cream and some corn chips (preferably spicy hot ones) crushed on top.

I made some soup once, I just put a load of different vegatables in a bowl...peas carrotts swede brocolli onions...anything I could find really, shoved in a few Oxo cubes (stock cubes) bunged it in microwave for a few mins then blitzed it up...was quite nice really, but I'm the only one who wanted to try any LOL There was a mighty lot of soup to get through I can tell you! ...burrrrrp.. scuse me Embarassed
