We could have a Stop Smoking thread to motivate Lyn and Wolf and any others on here who want to stop smoking.

I could regale you with stories of the horrors (NOT an understatement) of last year, watching one man die and the other suffer, all because of the dreaded weed.

Very happy that all is well for you, Sue!  And I believe it probably is due to Ron's Healing Hands, from all the way across the pond!!  Smile

When we were at school, they decided to show us a film on the effects of smoking on the lungs. They took the lungs out of a smoker, cut it open and gave us a close up of the damage. Instead of being pink, it was black and looked blistered. The girls went outside to be sick, most of us boys went outside for a cigarete. We needed one.

I just went to see "Body Worlds" by Gunther von Hagens' I saw real lungs affected by cigarette smoking and also a coal miner's lungs. They were black and digusting. I don't smoke but my parents do and I grew up in that. I can just imagine what my lungs look like after breathing in the second hand smoke. They still smoke, so I have to deal with it when I visit them.
