Well I just popped in to wish you all a Very Happy Christmas and a prosperous and hopefully healthy New Year 2009!!  MyChristmas tree I have in my avatar took me AGES to decorate, and LynB....you copied me if you have one the same LOL I actually borrowed it off Charlie Brown, I liked it so much Laughing,I bet your all jealous Wink

Well, my little snowman went to looking like an "China-man" with the snow on his flat straw hat the lit up,..got kind of cone shaped...and then along came the wind and made it into an bee hive, like Mrs. Simpson, the cartoon character's hair-do, I went out an took pictures last night, and measured it today, it's got 17 inches of snow on it, held in nicely by an layer of ice. They just declared my area an "state of emergency" to get help with snow plows.I guess the firemen are getting their trucks stuck even chained up and they had to walk in several blocks to an emergency situation...calling it in the newspaper the biggest snow in 40 years. By week three we should start to thaw a little bit, but then have water to contend with you know..what an Christmas!!!   Your avatars may be my Christmas scenery this year.

Yes, Shirley, we have hundreds of people stranded here in Phx because they cancelled every flight to Portland or Seattle yesterday.
