Thanks girls! Actually, it's a small book and a very easy read. Father Keating has written numerous books and has a talent for writing for lay people without writing "down" to them if you know what I mean.

Krissy, try these for the Holidays by Donna VanLiere. The Christmas Shoes, The Christmas Blessing, The Christmas Hope and The Christmas Promise.

Another good series is by Dave Pelzer. First in series is "A Child Called It!" It is heart wrenching to read but triumphant in the end.

Also check out  www.lds.org  and click on the section at the top called "About The Church." Thought you might be interested after yesterday's conversation.

And it always worth looking for coupons for both stores ! I usually find them here http://www.wow-coupons.com/all-printable-retail-coupons.php .

My favourite book is The Green Darkness by Anya Seaton. I'm like Lyn though - Noddy and Big Ears is about the extent of my reading these days (ie. kiddies books) Terrible for someone who used to work in the library I know but I just do not have time.

I'm reading fiction at the moment.  It's called Vicious Circle by Mike Carey.  It's about a Ghost hunter/exorcist.Surprised  It's pretty slow going but getting into it now.

A book I really enjoyed and found fascinating was The Essential Difference by Simon Baron-Cohen . Its about the differences between the male and female mind .
