I am curious about how it works and don't want the "pressure" to joint before I am ready.

That's okay Krissy, thanks anyway. I'd like to know more but they won't give you any information unless you give them a credit card number first and I am NOT doing that. LOL!

It depends on your weight, but Anna says she started on 24 points.

I tried it once, but like most diets it didn't last long. The point system is good especially if you are a committed and disciplined person.

I had the list once but threw it away which in hindsight was a stupid thing to do.

I think I am just bored with my low carb life style right now. Then again, I am bored with pretty much everything right now. LOL!

Maybe I just have that sun deprived, cabin fever, I need the summer right now blues. Laughing

I don't use weight watchers!!!!Smile

I've heard a lot of times that if you try to change your diet, and just try to buy healthier things it can make a lot of difference, you can eat a lot, but it has to be the right stuff. It usually means cutting down on the stodge, and hi fat etc.... but your tastes change then and you get healthier and slimmer!  and feel better!  rarther than try to stick to a ridgid diet.
