I've heard a lot of times that if you try to change your diet, and just try to buy healthier things it can make a lot of difference, you can eat a lot, but it has to be the right stuff. It usually means cutting down on the stodge, and hi fat etc.... but your tastes change then and you get healthier and slimmer! and feel better! rarther than try to stick to a ridgid diet. |
