You have the best ideas Shirley!

thank you Krissy, I've spent most my life making others wealthy and solving their problems, never my own. I was getting ready to be partners in an restrurant when the other half came down with Cancer and it kind of stopped it. but we had gotten to the stages of looking several places over by then. They had gotten into sort of an investment group of peopel that did this, went aroudn opening up motels, hotels, and restruants. Our place "would of been" an steak/pancake sort of place. So goes...that's why I went to work for Boston Market, to get an better idea of it all..I was todl when I went there that it was going down the tube and it took about two years, it's problem was upper managment, the western divsion wanted them to be "drive-through's..the eastern divsion wanted them to be sit down restruants only..they eventually split up in the end...place I worked at is now an Carl's, Jr. I was lucky when I worked there to find an later on "chef" mentor to train me also. Big difference.
