So goes...that's why I went to work for Boston Market, to get an better idea of it all..I was todl when I went there that it was going down the tube and it took about two years, it's problem was upper managment, the western divsion wanted them to be "drive-through's..the eastern divsion wanted them to be sit down restruants only..they eventually split up in the end...place I worked at is now an Carl's, Jr. I was lucky when I worked there to find an later on "chef" mentor to train me also.
