Some of that stuff is SOOOOOOoooo fattening to eat/drink these days...most people  if you want to keep your customers can't fair it all that well, but occasionally...not to mention "hot pockets" here... are all over the place. Why would they want to go to some place and pay an pretty penny if they can buy two of them for $1.98 at the frozen foods section of any local grocery store?  We have burger stands, p[izza stands, sub-sandwhich stands, taco stands, and mini-marts to contend with as it is. We simply have to make our very own place something "sacred" in all that it offers!!!!  What can't you get here much of....rabbit, quail, squab, venision, lamb and veal. So if you wanted to make an Medieveal "high tea" Veal pie...I might go for that one. Since I can't "drink" and I have to watch my weight, then I would assume others do also my age at times. People are blantant "wino's" as it is any more, along with the beer, they can't think of anything "public" without it having drinking involved, and there again, over here little kids or families can't go to these types of things. Why not just have an lounge in the place for the drinking crowd?  If your going to have activites to partake in otherwise, why not include the famlies in on them??? Like the weekend "knights jostling" re-inactments. Wino's and drunks wouldn't be interested in something like that any way. Unless you preserve your food cleverly, you loose your connection to culture and nationality also. They said that is something that is happening as every city is being taken over by the food chains, it's loses the country's "identiy"..especially as the smaller known area places go out because they can't compete with them dollar-wise. They said it is creating people with massive depression globally, they can't "get away from it all"...because it's all the same..no matter where they go. McDonalds. Burger King, etc. I should of taken this to the "swear box" I guess....made a wish at the penny "shot glass" fountain....and ordered an decent dinner. Hum.

Hi Everyone. I was wondering how you have been thrashing out the business plan for our project so I expected to see lots of spread sheets, chewed pencils, half empty alka seltzer packets, and screwed up balls of paper in the wastebasket. but, the place looks surprisingly tidy. Carry on with the meeting folks. you are all doing well and on your way to a bonus already.Smile Meanwhile, I'll see you when I return from monte Carlo.
