Life is too short not to celebrate anything and everything that comes our way.

Looking at my calendar I see that Pancake Day is the next on my list (well, after my oldest son's 20th birthday which is the day before).

How many of you will be having pancakes (crepes in America) on the 24th then?

We can celebrate Anna's birthday on the 19th.

We can celebrate Nela's birthday on the 20th! Laughing

And Bill Jordon's on the 21st!

Then Jason's on the 28th, which is the same day as my younger brother, Bill!

So lots of partying to happen on POE yet this month! Laughing

We love Pancake Day Sue - always celebrate it - we make our own (wheat free of course!).

We celebrate lots of family birthdays in February with Aunts and Cousins - it is also my Mom's 76th next Sunday and Solomon's 4th the week after.

I use the pancake mix that you just add water to the container and shake and it's ready to go!!  How easy is that!! Even I can manage it!
