Yeah really!!  its tastes good!  its something to do with the pepper bringing the sweetness out in the strawberry!!

I generally perfer savory. If I don't have sweets I am fine and don't want them. But, once I start eating sweets I become addicted to the sugar and it's really hard to get myself weened off them again.

I like salt on fresh peaches!

Jason, I think there is something to that about putting salt or pepper on fruit.  I vaguely recall reading something, the details of which I have of course forgotten.  When I was growing up, we always put salt on our melons, watermelon, cantaloupe, etc. 

I have to have both, I'm afraid - savory followed by sweet.  I'm trying to minimize the sweet though.  Just a bite will do, really, such as a Dove Dark Promise (sounds intriguing doesn't it?). Tongue out
