I'm a creamy peanut butter fan.  I like my PBJ on whole wheat bread with strawberry jam (seedless, of course).  Anyone ever have peanut butter and marshmallow cream sandwich?  It was a favorite treat as a child.

YES!!!!  I would eat those all the time in school!! They would be warm and a bit soggy by lunch time!!  But still yummy!!!!

Ever have grilled peanut butter sandwiches, Krissy and Barbara?  They're to die for - you make em just like grilled cheese, only with PB.

Big difference between jam and jelly:

Jelly is gelatinous and does no spread easily

Jam is thick, almost sauce-like consistency, and spreads easily (insert your favorite cheeky comment here)

So is jam in the USA the same as the Jam over here then??  Jelly over here is something different again!!
That's correct, Jason. What you call jelly over there, we call Jell-o (brand name) or dessert gelatin.

Jason...Jelly or Jam, used correctly it goes between layers of baked cake rounds for an torte with fresh berries/fruit and appropriate liquors to match. Topped iwth whip cream.  You can go ahead an buy the super expensive stuff they sell for layers of cake at premium prices or make your own from jelly and jam... particualry Jam.

Nuts..the subject of nuts is soemthing I have been discovering as I did my Native American studies. They for the most survived on Oak nuts at one time..did you know our first "gravy" over meat came from nut flour...did you know that ground nut flour has four times the nutrietment per measurement then does flour..including whole wheat.

Ladies, my hubby has been gone Tuesday nigth with regular weekly Scout meeting, Wednesday night with my grandson's pack meeting, thursday night setting up this weekend for Scoutcades, of which he will be gone Friday through Sunday afternoon this weekend. In the meanitme I'm dealing with an clothes drier that went out on me. Naturally my underwear was in the last load as it went out. do you think it would be appropriate if I bought myself some socks and undies to get through next week with...because he'll come home Monday night, and have his regualr meeting again Tuesday night...so it will be WEdnesday ro better before he can techinically get around to the drier most likely. I figure we will need to use the local laundromat and it costs an bundle to say the least..but here are 7 people in my house using clothing daily. If my kids are here this weekend, I won't be lonely, but otherwise, I might as well as leave myself in ways...and go somewhere.... and I don't like doing that alone either... Bah humbug?
