I fell off the band wagon on Sunday and had a chocolate chip cookie...a big one! lol. But I got right back on again. I am doing very well with my pledge to take the 7 flights of stairs up to my office each day. Sometimes I do it twice a day, but never less than once. Also, walking as much as possible but the weather lately hasn't been very conducive to walking.

Had nightmares last night..I don't ususally have those...I'm trying to "shake" those this morning...we had an off shore Oregon earthquake last night also..3.9..didnt' feel it as it way out in the ocean. It is not very unusual for me to gain or lose 2 to 4 pounds of weight overnight these days. At least I'm somewhat "holding". perhaps. Yes, you did an very good job Craig!... may it help to spur us all onward in the battle of the bulge. |

Every bit helps, and they say 'slowly but surely' is the best, but it still can be frustrating. I'll continue with the one pound a week as my goal though, as that seems about all I can manage. |
