More then anything they are "hateful" toward me..as if jealous for some reason. an past karma issue perhaps?..I don't know. am not good as "submission" ...getting to old. I'm still fighting water weight this week as well as going off diet, so I most likely by now gained back all the weight I lost last month, that's how hard is for me to keep it off...not lose it, though it's getting there, but keeping it off. Micheal, I eat about what you have in an Jimmie Dean "Light" turkey sausage bowl, it's in most supermarkets over here and has turkey sasuage, potatoes and scrambled eggs with an bit of cheese, and it's 325 calories, with two 40 calorie (=80) bread "toasts" spread with sugar-free jam, I can make it under 400 calories for lunch...then I have half or one cup of coffee with it. I will do one of these when I wake up at 4 am and eat breakfast, then I eat my snack meal around 8 am of yogurt and almonds and then eat this around 11 for lunch...eat fresh veggies to make up any excess calroies for the day over and then dinner... It's all measured out and very good. I can have ketchup on it and it don't count on this diet. It's particualry good when I'm in na hurry..takes just an few minutes to put together. Ruth...par-boil your Califlower on this potatoe salad, about 10 mins..as it is what takes out the califlower taste somewhat an gives it an more bland toward potato taste. then I spark it up with pickles, celery onion, eggs..try to get the cholestrol and fat free ones in the shell and boil them, and sometimes I add after putting in another bowel allowed kidney beans, but pickle juice, mustard, and fat free maynoise also. Again, it makes an good lunch on leafty green underlayer for an salad. Sugar-free jello for desert...piece of fresh fruit. Sorry about getting off diet, this happend to me as wild things go on, like the storm going over, and now my duahgter in-law is running an 102 degree fever. So I guessI better get going for now. I also have an borther in-law now takign chemo-therapy, an dhis daughter found an lump she's checkign out, and another brother in-law due out of the hosptial with bleeding ulcers and an stomach anurism. My sister in-law is back in Missouri on vacation. I have not heard form my sster since she moved, and she's an bit dingy I think I told you, but she may have decided to be in ways "posessed" herself...you never know. She cut me me off on the phone last time I talked to her like I was an "stranger" or something. Seh just moved an dabout the time she moved our truck broke down and we couldn't help her, so she may be just mad also. She's been the "princess" growing up, everyoen catered to her. Because she was an bit "slow" in life. She don't like not being catered to I might add. But anyway, what's that old saying, "enjoy your friends... because you can't your relatives" sometimes. In my case everyone is getting older and they refuse to give up their old ways. Like smoking to much, drinking to much, having coffee so strong it would make your hair stand up on end, gaining weight an neverr doing anything about it..it's all passed off to someone else to handle..or is it? Maybe why everyone is slowly detorating these days..including me if I dont' pay attention to this factor myself. |
