We use to freeze chocolate chips in ?weight watcher's and eat them one at a time...back in the days before the surgar free they have out now.

I'll have to try this mashed Califlower, reminds me an bit of Diana's "mock" Shepard Pie, and it sounded real good back then to me. I took up eating prgreesso soup in place of it, one cup is what..70 calories.  When I worked at Boston Market they used real potatoes. The potatoes I was told were cooked in water with minced onion, drained and then they were mashed with chicken bullion and less butter and milk..This is what gave it an slightly "chicken gravy" taste to it,  you didn't need as much gravy for the same rich taste...saving you tons of calories and fat over regualr gravy and mashed potatoes. We definately had no problem sellling the stuff.   But I had an receipe for Potatoe Salad with Califolower use din it enstea dof potatoes, and you par-boil the Claiflower about 10 mins and drain it,,,after that use whatever your would for regular potatoe salad.

If my scales are to be believed, I've lost 4.5 lbs. since we started this thread.  Yay!  What a struggle!  It really is one day at a time, sometimes one meal at a time.  But I'll just keep on truckin' and hopefully report a further loss next week.  My fat jeans are now too loose.  I love Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches too!  And those fruit juice popcicles are wonderful.  I have a black cherry one at home with my name on it for dessert tonight.

Hey Rick!  Maybe you can eat some sausage, grits, biscuits and gravy for me while you're down in Hot-lanta (but only if you like them too).

Hey Rhett, do you know who Shawn Mullins is? Great local (Atlanta) musician; you should see if he is in town and catch one of his shows if you can. Smile
