No Ruth, you don't have to weigh in; it's just a place where we can report on our progress, swap recipes and ideas, and most importantly receive encouragement. Hi. My name is Diana and I am a HOPELESS foodaholic. |

You can get the ones made with real fruit juice and they're usually only in the 40-80 calorie range. Just a little something to take the edge off the sweets craving and soooo refreshing in hot weather.

Whether it be candy, cakes, cookies, ice cream, you name it I love it. I eat my stress. I think that is one of the hardest addictions to cure. Smoking, drinking and doing drugs you can live without but you cannot live without food!!!!! But I think once I found myself out of this situation at home my stress level should go down and maybe I can lose some more weight. If I could lose 60 lbs. I would be thrilled but I will even settle for 50. I've already lost 35 since August last year. I need a walking buddy!! |

The only time I had a lot of stress and lost a lot of weight is when my brother was sick with his cancer and passed away i felt so guilty because he could not eat and the fill of guilt why not me instead of him i just could not bring myself to eat. Thats wonderful you lost that much weight and doing it at a good pace to I wished we were closer i would walk with you;-) i love to walk but no one here wants to so i end up by myself but it does give me time to think.;-) |
