But I've stopped. Went to a bike race yesterday...incredible!! Sammie is now interested in become a serious cyclist now! hope she sticks with it!! This is where I was yesterday!! The oldest bike race in America!

Goodled it under low carbohydrate to find the web site again. |

No longer in the excerises, and go get the results tomarrow monring. Stay tuned. |

I just felt I needed that push to get things moving again. Before when I did it I had a sugar/caffeine withdrawal reaction that put me under the bed for a full day. LOL! I was wiser this time though and have had a little caffeine during the day and that keeps the headaches at bay. I've been walking each day and walking up the 7 flights of stairs to my office twice a day. I am feeling pretty good. |
